He heads the power department of Gothic-Len Consortium. He started his Electrical Engineering experience with the WNBS / WNTV Ibadan, western state of Nigeria in 1973.
He participated in the redesigning of the transmitter and Microwave links in pursuant of expansion of the station network to cover the entire south-west region.
He worked in several other places including the federal works Ministry of works as a design Engineer. During this period, he was involved in the design and supervision of the following.
(a) The Lagos Inner Ring Road. (b) The Lagos Outer Ring Road. (c) The third mainland bridge.
(d) Oworonsoki Interchange / Ojota connection. (e) Jebba road Bridge and New centre Bridge.
(f) Jebba Balewa Square Complex.
Team member for the supervision of National Arts theatre Lagos International trade fair complex and team leader for the federal Government Task force on Festac. Responsible for the mobile facilities in the National stadium, Tafawa Balewa square. He veered into consultancy, in 1977 and as the head of the our development and also the principal partner of Elens Konsult, he has designed, managed and sponsored Monumental projects. His scope of experience spans from pre-feasibility study of projects and project development, investigations, system design, specification, tender management, evaluation and adjudication, tender and contract negotiations, test and inspection of manufacturer's works, project reporting and design of facility management systems.
Amongst the project he has handled for Gothic-Len International Limited in collaboration with
Elens Konsult are :-
• Detailed Feasibility study of the potentials of Mini-Hydro Power station in North-Western Nigerian for the National Electrical Power Authority.
• Design, Management, supervision and reporting on the electrical and communication facilities at central work yard for Texaco overseas petroleum company of Nigeria (TOPCAN) at Warri and Abrose Alli university sports complex, Ekpoma-Edo state.
• Design of Nationwide 132/33kv substations at Jos, Panshin, Bauchi e.t.c.
• Power distribution planning study for Major cities in Nigeria-Kano, Enugu, Warri e.t.c.
• Valuation of Electrical Engineering Assets of Induweld industries limited, Iganmu Lagos.
• Valuation of Electrical Engineering Assets of Bendel textile mills Ltd. Asaba, Delta State.
• Design, Management and supervision of the electrical system of various housing, Institutional and Hotel Projects.

Arc. AUSTIN ILENRE EMUAN BSc, M.SC(ARCH). MNIA. (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
He is the Managing director of Gothic-Len Consortium and in addition head the Architectural, Planning and Interior department. He has worked for various periods for the following firms.
• Physical Planning Division, Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma-Edo State.
• Aron Construction and Engineering Company Abeokuta-Ogun state. " Gomic Consults-Lagos.
• Building Design Consultants - Lagos. " Projectmate International Ltd, - Lagos.
While working in the firms, he participated in various development projects such as:-
• Master plan review and water supply scheme for Ambrose Alli University for its permanent and present site.
• Supervision of the construction of the hostel complex and Library of Ambrose Alli University.
• Supervision of the construction of the Ogun state secretariat Okemasan-Abeokuta.
• Supervision of the construction of the platinum Textile mill factory for Churchgate group
at Ikorodu-Lagos.
• Design of rear - Admiral Aikhomun's residence in Benin -Edo state.
• Design / supervision of mixed use development for Gusto Integrated at Maryland - Lagos.
• Renovation Design for all primary health centres in delta state. (Petroleum Trust Fund project)
• Renovation Design for Dodan Barracks and Marina state Houses (Petroleum Trust Fund project)
• Design of over 200 houses and public buildings.
Arc. Austin is a member of the Nigerian Institute of architects and has since setting up Gothic-Len Consortium executed successfully various projects ranging from water related projects, office blocks, school hospitals and private developers; as reflected in chapter (5 - selected projects). Finally Arc. Austin Emuan is well travelled and knows about all terrain in the country. A prolific computer user poet and a lover of jazz and Pan-pipe music.

Member American Society of Mechanical Engineers(MASME).
He is the head of water Engineering department. He started his career as project Engineer with the then Kaduna State Government at Ajiwa Dam site at Kastina from 1973 to 1974.
In 1975, he joined the NSDA and underwater extensive training related to iron and steel industry in various Indian steel plants between 1975 and 1977. He specialized in the design,
installation and maintenance of the of the blast furnace, sintering plant and Auxiliary shops. He participated in the design of the various systems for the Ajakuta steel Complex Aladja in the Delta state. He played a very strategic role in the preliminary and final negotiations of the contracts for the Ajaokuta steel complex.
He went into private Engineering Consultancy practice in 1980. In this field, he has been involved in the design, management and supervision of the Urban mini water projects, sewage collection treatment, solid waste management, Power station , Building Service such as plumbing, fire fighting systems, ventilation and air-conditioning. He has been equally active in Industrial and Engineering asset valuation. Amongst projects he has designed, Managed and supervised are:-
• Abuja phase II Interceptor sewer System.
• Infrastructures for NISER Campus, Ibadan.
• Head Office for National Ore Mining Project Itakpe.
• Infrastructures for Science and Technology Village Sheda.
• Various asset valuation projects i.e. Factory for IFC(an arm of world bank) at Ibadan, Bendel Textile Mills Ltd Asaba e.t.c.
• Various water projects, i.e. university of Benin, Bayelsa State e.t.c.
